Job Title: Contract Senior Analyst

As a Contract Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring contract pricing and membership data are accurately loaded and maintained according to customer specifications and vendor eligibility requirements. Your work will directly support pricing accuracy, compliance, and customer access across complex supplier and customer agreements.

- Monday, Thursday & Friday: Remote | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview:

As a Contract Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring contract pricing and membership data are accurately loaded and maintained according to customer specifications and vendor eligibility requirements. Your work will directly support pricing accuracy, compliance, and customer access across complex supplier and customer agreements.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of pricing, membership, and contract agreements
- Review and interpret complex legal and contractual documents to identify required actions
- Analyze supplier contract bid awards and determine correct system hierarchy for accurate customer access
- Manage and maintain the most complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
- Ensure company compliance with supplier and customer contract terms
- Determine and validate member eligibility and access to contract pricing
- Manage a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers, resolving pricing or access discrepancies
- Partner cross-functionally to support Strategic and Intercompany pricing needs
- Support SME reviews of partner agreements to ensure favorable and compliant contract language
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of new or amended pricing and membership agreements
- Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Review escalated issues and take corrective action within established timelines
- Research escalated pricing and membership claims and resolve discrepancies
- Review credit and debit requests for accuracy and validity
- Oversee team reports to ensure corrective actions are completed
- Partner with Business Intelligence to develop and maintain reporting
- Assign and manage incoming requests through the team work queue
- Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
- Collaborate on projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support onboarding and training of new team members; assess progress and performance
- Provide ongoing guidance, training, and best-practice knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle required)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with complex Excel formulas
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with pricing structures and membership eligibility
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred
