The Marketing Specialist will support the execution and optimization of AI Product Recommendations across eCommerce and Digital Marketing channels. This role focuses on coordinating workflows, managing backlogs, documenting processes, and supporting product releases to ensure delivery readiness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, maintain alignment with business goals, and enable high-quality digital marketing execution.

About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will support the execution and optimization of AI Product Recommendations across eCommerce and Digital Marketing channels. This role focuses on coordinating workflows, managing backlogs, documenting processes, and supporting product releases to ensure delivery readiness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, maintain alignment with business goals, and enable high-quality digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Owners in the AI Product Recommendations initiative, focusing on execution and delivery readiness
- Assist in managing product roadmaps, dependencies, and day-to-day execution
- Document decisions, action items, and meeting outcomes
- Create Jira tasks and supporting materials for design, copy, and BA teams
- Contribute to discovery, epic creation, and acceptance criteria refinement
- Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including marketing, analytics, operations, vendors, and IT
- Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs
- Support release planning and UAT execution
- Communicate feature updates to stakeholders and SMEs
- Ensure customer needs and business requirements are reflected in deliverables
- 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
- eCommerce or product recommendation experience is a plus
