Pay Rate: $26.38/hour
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote), 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Training: Onsite duration 1 month.
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract: Initial 12-month contract
Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE: Based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future revenues and expenses, and predict financial commitments.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on the organization's financial health to management.
- Provide strategic recommendations on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasts.
- Utilize experience and judgment to lead and direct the work of others as needed.
- Perform a variety of complex tasks with a high degree of creativity and autonomy.
- Ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to clearly present findings to management.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of creativity and latitude in planning and executing tasks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
