Duration: 6-month contract (with potential extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $25/hour (W2)

Position Overview
The QA Documentation Specialist I supports Quality Assurance operations by managing controlled documentation and records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate, complete, and audit-ready quality records while supporting continuous improvement of Quality Systems.

Position Overview
The QA Documentation Specialist I supports Quality Assurance operations by managing controlled documentation and records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate, complete, and audit-ready quality records while supporting continuous improvement of Quality Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of GMP regulations and quality compliance standards
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Systems
- Manage controlled records, including receipt, reconciliation, scanning, verification, and archival of records
- Perform document check-in/check-out activities and maintain secure scanned record backups
- Issue, track, and maintain controlled documents and document numbers
- Support internal and external audit activities as required
- Perform additional QA support tasks as assigned
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Accountable for accuracy and completeness of assigned work
- Provides guidance and support related to GMP practices and documentation procedures
