Production Associate
Pay: $19.50/hr
Location: 9115 Hague Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule: Standard Business hours, Monday - Friday (May require overtime)
Contract Length: 1 Year – with the potential for permanent placement or extension!

The Opportunity
Join our team to support production and assembly line operations while ensuring product quality and safety compliance. In this role, you will monitor processes, assist with troubleshooting, and help maintain accurate production records. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and workflow.
Who You Are
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with industry best practices
