Location: 200 Civic Center Dr, Sandy UT 84070 (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)
Shift: TBD
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Contract Length: 12 Months
*Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*

Supporting client onboarding and operational processing by managing incoming/outgoing paperwork, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring timely submission to meet regulatory and business deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client onboarding and operational processing by managing incoming/outgoing paperwork, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring timely submission to meet regulatory and business deadlines.
- Acting as a liaison between client service associates and internal partners to resolve escalations, track key deliverables, and maintain data integrity throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintaining clear audit trails through accurate documentation and compliance with firm procedures.
Education and Other Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, technology, and client services.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data entry platforms; familiarity with financial services systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Degree preferred but not required
