Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: 2220 Colorado Ave., USSMO - Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 3+ Months initially and possibility of extension or fulltime conversion
Pay: $21-26/hr
Shift: Mon-Thursday onsite (Friday remote)
Responsibilities:
Support the Catalog A&R Department via a variety of tasks, functions and workflows, including but not limited to:
Scheduling and admin support of EVP and SVP of A&R.
A&R research, report generation, and document/database maintenance
Identify repertoire and assist with audio & video archive research, asset digitization and review
Create new release notifications in collaboration with A&R Producers to initiate projects
Coordinate streaming playlist creation and maintenance
Assist with weekly video release schedule tasks
Coordinate/manage departmental workflows, including test pressing shipping & approvals, tape transfers and the movement/uploading of assets
Assist with the quality control of audio & video products
Assist with various seasonal campaigns and special projects
Provide overall departmental assistance
TOP SKILLS:
Education
Degree qualified or equivalent experience, 3 years
Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records. TOP SKILLS:
- At least 3 years of solid Executive Assistant experience supporting high level executives (within entertainment preferred
- Prior EA experience
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking / highly organized
- Fluent with MS-Office, especially Outlook and Calendar functions
- Music industry knowledge/experience preferred
