Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2 (weekly pay + medical, dental, vision)
Contract: 3+ Months

Overview:
Seeking a Virtual Shop Program Lead & Performance Analyst to support supplier repair operations, vendor relationships, and customer fulfillment. This role focuses on coordinating repair subcontracting, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring on-time delivery for customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Virtual Shop (VS) operations supporting aircraft/partner repair programs.
• Monitor supplier repair turnaround times and performance using SAP & reporting tools.
• Conduct gap analysis, track KPIs, and provide process improvement feedback.
• Manage relationships with key subcontractors and partners.
• Collaborate with Supplier Performance Management, Finance, QA, Logistics, and Account Managers.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, warranty, and support agreements.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, supplier performance, or repair operations.
• Strong SAP experience (3–4 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/data analytics a plus.
• Aviation industry or repair operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Additional Info:
• Heavy SAP transaction & supplier-facing role (not logistics or production planning).
• Office environment, team of 6 (role is a lead but not people management).
• Training provided (15–20 days).
