Virtual Shop Program Lead & Performance Analyst
Job Title: Virtual Shop Program Lead & Performance Analyst
Location: Onsite - Orlando, FL
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2 (weekly pay + medical, dental, vision)
Contract: 3+ Months
Overview:
Seeking a Virtual Shop Program Lead & Performance Analyst to support supplier repair operations, vendor relationships, and customer fulfillment. This role focuses on coordinating repair subcontracting, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring on-time delivery for customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Virtual Shop (VS) operations supporting aircraft/partner repair programs.
- Monitor supplier repair turnaround times and performance using SAP & reporting tools.
- Conduct gap analysis, track KPIs, and provide process improvement feedback.
- Manage relationships with key subcontractors and partners.
- Collaborate with Supplier Performance Management, Finance, QA, Logistics, and Account Managers.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, warranty, and support agreements.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2+ years in customer service, supplier performance, or repair operations.
- Strong SAP experience (3–4 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/data analytics a plus.
- Aviation industry or repair operations experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Additional Info:
- Heavy SAP transaction & supplier-facing role (not logistics or production planning).
- Office environment, team of 6 (role is a lead but not people management).
- Training provided (15–20 days).
