Associate Event Planner - Wholesale
Position Title: Associate Event Planner
Location: 1W37 One West 37th Street New York NY 10018
Hybrid - 2 days remote) with the flexibility to change remote days based on the schedule of the week
Work Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) flexible 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $ 29.41/hr on W2 Paid Weekly!
Benefits: Paid weekly, health, dental + vision insurance available!
Preferred Start Date: 2/16/2026
Duration: 6 month(s)/ Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)
Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Creative Cloud. Budget Development, Management and Reconciliation.
Top 3–5 Mandatory and/or Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Event Planning and Project Management
- Strong interest in Brands and Storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to react, troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time
- Desire and willingness to supervise events on site
- Ability to travel to events, on a limited basis
- Proactivity
- Attention to Detail
- Patience and Flexibility
Bachelors Degree
2 year’s job experience or internships in related field
Passion for events, desire to learn and roll-up-your-sleeves / can do attitude can make up for year’s of experience
