About the Role
The HR ServiceNow Consultant will design, implement, and optimize HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on localization and translation capabilities. This role is responsible for configuring the Localization Framework, enabling dynamic translation features, and improving HR workflows. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly HR service experiences aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements for HR ServiceNow solutions, including localization and translation needs.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Localization Framework and configure localization workspaces.
- Integrate and optimize translation tools such as Google Cloud Translator Spoke and adaptive LLM translation.
- Implement dynamic translation capabilities across HR Agent Workspace, including live agent chat.
- Establish best practices for translation request workflows and processing across business units (e.g., HR vs IT).
- Develop and configure scalable HR ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery processes and system capabilities.
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience with HR ServiceNow or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Localization Framework and translation integrations.
- Experience implementing Google Translator Spoke and dynamic translation solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and service delivery best practices.
- Ability to design and deliver complex technical solutions independently.
- Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
