The Opportunity
- Assist in overcoming technical hurdles during contract scoping, negotiations and execution.
- Develop compliance measures for contract organization within the Salesforce environment.
- Develop and improve contract processes, with a particular focus on contract generation and streamlining.
- Assist high-performing team in working within the Conga CPQ and CLM system.
- Track contract lifecycle and renewals.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years in contracts management, contract administration, or a related role, preferably within a corporate, government, or regulated environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM platforms; able to troubleshoot issues and implement process solutions.
- Skilled in problem-solving with the ability to assess risk, identify gaps, and implement effective contract and compliance strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex contract details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technology-driven or highly regulated industry (e.g., biotech, pharma, aerospace, defense).
- Familiarity with government contracting requirements, FAR/DFAR regulations, or compliance frameworks.
- Experience developing training, policies, or playbooks for contract management processes.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and dashboard creation within Salesforce.
