Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment:Utilize advanced sourcing skills and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent.
- Labor Market Knowledge:Maintain a strong understanding of labor market trends and conduct thorough research to inform recruitment strategies and tell a story with data.
- Candidate Career Advisor:Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Hiring Strategy Advisor:Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with business goals while having an ability to influence on all facets of the process.
- Change Agent:Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting innovative recruitment practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+years) in recruiting, preferably within the financial services or corporate finance sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends and research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a candidate career advisor and hiring strategy advisor.
- Experience in driving change and promoting innovative recruitment practices.
