Location: 1400 Merrill Lynch Dr., Pennington, NJ 08534
Pay Rate: $26.45/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Standard Business Hours (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Start Date: March, pending onboarding completion.
Contract: Initial 9-month contract
Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE: Based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Key Responsibilities
- As an Executive Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for senior leaders, ensuring their time is optimized and their communications are seamless. Your daily impact includes:
- Calendar & Travel Coordination: Proactively manage multi-executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts with poise and arranging comprehensive travel logistics and expense reporting.
- Effective Communication: Handle executive phone lines, gather information for management, and draft professional correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Support: Prepare essential meeting documents and minutes, ensuring leaders are briefed and follow-up actions are clearly documented.
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve inquiries from customers and partners, utilizing sound judgment to address issues independently.
- Administrative Flow: Create reports and forms to track business deliverables and organizational priorities, ensuring the team stays on track.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of administrative expertise and strong interpersonal skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Outlook, Webex, and MS PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Talent: Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability: A proven ability to remain flexible and collaborative in a team-oriented environment.
