Press Operator
Job Title: Press Operator
Location: Townsend, MA
Schedule: 3rd Shift – Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM (Training may be on 1st shift)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr on W2 + Weekly Pay
Contract Length: 3 Months
*Contract Extension or Conversion to FTE based on Performance, Attendance and Business Need*
Job Summary:
• Perform post-press and bindery operations in a manufacturing environment
• Operate basic production equipment and powered hand trucks
• Monitor production quality, labeling, sorting, and packaging
• Maintain production workflow and follow safety procedures
• Use basic computer systems and complete production documentation
Requirements:
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 1+ year manufacturing or printing experience preferred
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
