Job Title: Care Coordinator – Spanish Bilingual
Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. residents only)
Start Date: 9/22 Tentative Start Date
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7AM–7PM CST (assigned shift)
Training: Mandatory virtual onboarding | 8AM–5PM CST for 4–6 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate referrals and program applications through a CRM system
- Answer and resolve patient questions regarding application or therapy journey
- Make outbound follow-up calls to patients or providers for additional information or confirmation
- Enter detailed and clear notes into internal systems while actively speaking with callers
- Maintain empathy and professionalism throughout all conversations
- Educate callers on program status, next steps, and required documentation
- Work closely with healthcare providers to complete and confirm new applications
- Manage patient cases from initial contact through to final outcome (approval or denial)
- Stay updated on changing policies, procedures, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Requirement:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Ability to provide professional, patient-centric communication in both languages
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM while communicating
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Skilled in using CRM systems and documenting interactions
- Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy operations is a plus
- Medicare and Medicaid expertise
- Exceptional verbal communication with a warm, empathetic tone
- Attention to detail with high-quality note-taking/documentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-volume, metric-driven setting
- Strong time management, organization, and follow-through
- Desire to grow into a senior-level role
- Strict adherence to attendance expectations
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or call center roles preferred
- Familiarity with insurance billing or pharmacy environments a strong plus
Remote Work Requirements:
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Must provide high-speed, hardwired internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber only)

- Maximum ping rate: 30 ms
