Market rate: $65-75/hr (W2)
Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/wk
Duration: Initial 9-month contract with probable extension/conversion
Target Start: October

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for our product and infrastructure pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports our hiring goals and drives the success of our teams.

Responsibilities:
Day to Day: Partnering with the vendor team who does all the scheduling. Building out training for new reviewers. Working with the business to streamline processes to scale. Working with the recruiting team to ensure there is packet volume. Forecasting.
  • Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and feedback is captured effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through the review stages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals.
  • Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows.
  • Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for candidate review process questions and escalations.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree with 4+ years in coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations.
  • Proven program/project management experience, ideally in recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical hiring.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement skills.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at fostering cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.
  • Experienced in presenting process flows, leading strategic initiatives, and driving results with limited oversight.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools; data-driven with a focus on metrics.
  • Solid understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.
Must Have Skills:
  • Program and Project Coordination. Drive projects from start to finish.
  • Being comfortable with numbers and dashboards. Need to crunch numbers and forecast capacity.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of CSM and FBR tools
  • Change management and recruiting
  • Experience working in a technology or large-scale engineering organization
