Competitive Rate: $40/hr (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Duration: 12-month contract (probable extension/conversion)

- Partner with Marketing Manager to implement broader Live Experience vision and marketing goals
- Craft ongoing competitive social analysis to understand experiential landscape and identify biggest areas of opportunities and unique selling points on social
- Partner with cross-functional channels like: Paid Social, Growth Marketing, Comms, and Brand Creative for creative development and distribution of content beyond organic social
- Support key milestones and work back with xf stakeholders in a timely manner for strategic alignment and creative input
- Perform ongoing reporting, analysis, and fan social listening, sharing recaps and recommended optimizations with broader teams as needed on an ongoing basis
- Oversee local-specific social creative and tone of voice to ensure accuracy and relevancy with respective markets
- Partner with Ops and Local Marketing Specialists to support on-site always on programming, activations, and events
- Attend and cover community days, soft openings, always-on programming, events, and tentpole activations
- Capture, edit, and produce visually compelling and narrative driven social content for quick-turn social use
- Serve as on-the-ground point of contact for local creators and VIPs
- Embed into local partnership, mall and community workflows to influence social opportunities and considerations during the planning phases
- 5+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in entertainment, events, theme parks or lifestyle brands.
- Strong visual sensibility and experience with photo/video capture and editing (using phone or camera).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent written communication skills and a knack for engaging online communities.
