Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead the Metrics XFN Review Program—a mission-critical initiative ensuring the accuracy and quality of our external-facing metrics across the Monetization organization. In this role, you will serve as the central facilitator and owner of the metrics review process, collaborating with cross-functional partners to uphold our rigorous standards and safeguard trust with our users, advertisers, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data quality, program governance, and stakeholder management—helping to drive excellence at scale for one of the world’s most influential platforms.

In 2016, our client launched a company-wide metrics review initiative to raise the bar of metrics quality and ensure long-term data integrity across all external-facing metrics. This process is a cornerstone of how we maintain transparency and accountability. As the Program Manager, your leadership will directly impact the trustworthiness of the metrics that power critical business decisions across our apps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the End-to-End Metrics Review Process: Manage intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking of all Monetization-related metrics review requests, ensuring alignment with metrics standards and adherence of review SLAs.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead office hours, ad-hoc discussions, and engagements with product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to drive progress on reviews and resolve blockers swiftly.
- Ensure Compliance & Close the Loop: Verify quality of evidence submitted by teams, follow up with approvers, and ensure all required standards and catalog requirements are met for review completion.
- Drive Program Awareness & Accountability: Manage internal communications, awareness campaigns, scorecards, and compliance tracking to promote metric quality and maturity across product groups.
- Lead Governance & Reporting: Maintain weekly status updates, dashboards, and review tracking mechanisms to monitor program health and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously Improve Efficiency: Proactively identify gaps and optimize program processes and workflows to scale with growing demand—without compromising quality.
- Strong Communicator: You are an active listener and clear communicator who can distill complex processes and technical details into actionable guidance.
- Cross-Functional Leader: You excel at building consensus, leading through influence, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
- Governance Expert: You have experience running governance or compliance programs involving multiple stakeholders and know how to enforce standards while remaining empathetic.
- Operationally Excellent: You’re highly organized, process-oriented, and obsessed with data-driven decision-making. You know how to manage SLA-based workflows and keep programs on track.
- Metrics & Quality-Minded: You bring a sharp analytical eye and care deeply about data quality, integrity, and transparency.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communicator
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a metrics, data quality, compliance, or governance environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong operational, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with dashboard tools, data analysis, and driving insights from metrics.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with governance / program management tools at scale is a plus.

- Any governance related work history
