OCM Coordinator - ASPIRE Project
Job Role: OCM Coordinator
Work Set-up: Remote
Location: 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule: Standard Business Hours, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $65.66/hr – $93.88/hr
Assignment Length: 12-Month Contract with possibility for extension or conversion to FTE
Benefits: Paid Weekly, Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits
Travel Requirement: Able to travel to all Wave 5a & 5b DIA sites including Tucson, Carlsbad, Santa Clara, Pleasanton, Branchburg, Indianapolis, and Canada (Laval).
Overview
ASPIRE Diagnostics Ops & Megasites is seeking OCM Coordinators to support the deployment of ASPIRE. This role will be part of the ASPIRE Organizational Change Management (OCM) team for Wave 5a & 5b, as well as the global ASPIRE OCM Network, working closely with ASPIRE Diagnostics Change and Communications professionals.

ASPIRE is a company-wide business transformation program designed to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions that enable the organization to operate as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Enterprise initiative, the future of the current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is creating one harmonized process house across the enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core—a technology that will replace existing and soon outdated local and regional SAP systems. By applying a standardized template approach within SAP across all business entities worldwide, core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.
Main Function
The OCM Coordinator ensures that all Organizational Change Management aspects of the ASPIRE Deployment are considered, understood, and executed. The role is responsible for adopting the OCM deployment toolkit and ensuring all deliverables are completed. This position works closely with the global ASPIRE Diagnostics OCM team and serves as a member of the local deployment team. The OCM Coordinator supports local deployment leads, functional leaders, and employees in navigating and adapting to organizational change.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Oversee all OCM activities, including communications and change management.

Manage local organizational impact analysis and develop corresponding change plans.

Coordinate stakeholder-specific activities in partnership with communications and training teams.

Ensure local resources are in place to execute OCM activities.

Act as a hands-on resource to deliver OCM tasks at the local level.

Execute OCM plans to ensure organizational readiness for change.

Apply OCM templates and tools from the deployment toolkit to guide change.

Support organizational alignment and workforce transition activities.

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to the global ASPIRE OCM team.

Ensure completion of all toolkit deliverables.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree
-
Background in Project Management, IT, Pharma, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development

Experience in Organizational Change Management
-
Proven involvement in large-scale, cross-functional project implementations

Awareness of regional/cultural aspects and a strong professional network
-
PROSCI Practitioner Certificate or equivalent required
-
Positive, proactive attitude with proven ability to overcome challenges and resistance to change

Stakeholder management experience within a large corporate environment
-
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to challenge and influence at all levels
-
Ability to drive solutions through networks of change agents or communities
Nice to Have
- Prior experience within a large global enterprise or corporate informatics environment
- Experience with large IT Service Management projects
- Familiarity with SAP and S/4HANA
