We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional to join our dynamic Enterprise Model Governance (EMG) Team. This role will focus on collecting a complete inventory of all models—internally built or externally acquired—that are currently in production, ensuring they are integrated into the newly launched EMG program.

This role will focus on collecting a complete inventory of all models—internally built or externally acquired—that are currently in production, ensuring they are integrated into the newly launched EMG program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with various leads across the company to identify models currently in production.
- Identify model owners, developers, users, and other stakeholders.
- Perform gap analyses to identify deficiencies in compliance with model lifecycle governance protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure required model documentation.
- Enter models not included in the current inventory into the MIME system.
- Assign risk tiers to models according to EMG methodology.
- Communicate with teams and stakeholders about the EMG program.
- Support other EMG-related tasks as requested.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of model development and data science
Additional Skills and Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Self-awareness, maturity, and ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Passionate self-starter with ability to establish trust and transparency in model lifecycles
- Good understanding of data science, model development, and applications
- At least two years of experience in program management
- Advanced PC skills
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ownership
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience
