Location:
Onsite-- Seattle, Burlingame, or Menlo Park
Market rate: $70-90/hr (W2)
Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/wk
Contract: 12 months (probable extensions/conversion)
Target Start: September

Job Overview:

Program Manager – Software GTM (Go-to-Market), Wearables Division 


Focused on creating innovative products that blend hardware, software, and platform technologies. The Wearables team is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Program Manager to scale and operationalize software Go-to-Market (GTM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GTM Program Management: Lead end-to-end GTM programs across multiple functions (Marketing, Product, Comms, etc.) for software features—ensuring alignment across the full customer journey, from launch to post-launch.
  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Define, implement, and continuously improve GTM and In-Market processes, including planning, gating, rollout strategies, and making trade-offs to deliver business results.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Readiness: Align and track readiness across broad internal stakeholder teams; report on key milestones, risks, and escalations to ensure successful feature launches and in-market performance.
  • Issue Resolution & Bottleneck Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks and conflicting priorities; balance business goals with technical and operational constraints to resolve cross-functional roadblocks.
  • Organizational Maturity & Best Practices: Build internal capabilities by establishing GTM best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Leadership Communication & Reporting: Manage GTM and In-Market information flow, including status updates to senior leadership, issue escalations, mitigations, and documentation in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with partners across teams to better understand their needs and improve collaborative efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive experience in GTM strategy, preferably within consumer electronics/software.
  • Strong program management and operational skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and partnership functions.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales operations and program management, process design for product life cycles, project planning, or business planning for new consumer product or software feature launches
  • 5+ years experience launching consumer products
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, or lifecycle marketing
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales
  • Certification in Program Management (e.g. Prince2 or PMP)
  • Domain expertise in Consumer Electronics or Software
  • Experience in content partnership management with 3rd party partners
  • Experience with leading organizational transformation and process improvement
