Financial Services Representative
Financial Services Representative – New Business Advisory
Pay Rate: $19/hour (paid weekly)
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
1000 Yard Street, H Building, Grandview Heights, Columbus, OH 43212
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Target Start Date: 06/01/2026
Role Overview
As a Financial Services Representative, you will support the New Business Advisory team in managing pending transfer applications and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling follow-up communications, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with daily operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls regarding pending transfer applications and status updates
- Respond to basic customer email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Upload and maintain documentation within internal processing systems
- Provide support through internal chat channels and respond to team inquiries
- Assist with additional workflow and administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A recent degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- At least 2 years of product-related customer service experience
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
