This role provides essential operational and administrative support to client service associates and financial service teams. The position requires accuracy in processing client documentation, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role depends on strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining flexibility in assigned tasks.

Duties may include:
- Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles.
- Supporting client service associates and operational staff.
- Reviewing inbound client documents for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation of account activities.
- Preparing and submitting accurate forms for final processing to the service center.
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding paperwork.
- Defining and prioritizing project activities and monitoring project progress.
- Utilizing MS Word and database systems for accurate input and reporting.
- Quickly adapting to new processes, handling multiple detailed tasks simultaneously, and working independently.
- Applying problem-solving skills with flexibility in duties as assigned.
- Leveraging knowledge of financial services to support operational and client service functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Ability to comprehend, reason, and process complex information.
- Skilled problem solver with structured, step-by-step approach.
- Effective at sourcing and validating data through questioning and expert consultation.
- Proactive in escalating issues while recommending appropriate risk-reduction strategies.
- Active listening with exploratory questioning and clear paraphrasing for understanding.
