Job Title: Custom Pre-Press operator
Location: Townsend
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay: $21/hr (W2 + Weekly Pay)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Duties
- Receive, print, and organize customer orders
- Pull archived proof sheets and match them with new orders
- Edit and align artwork files using templates
- Prepare files for plate-making and printing
- Group orders to improve printing efficiency
- Print proofs and save files for future use
- Refill chemicals and plate materials when needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major problems
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Experience working with computers and electronic files
- Graphic arts experience is a plus
- MAC computer experience preferred
- Knowledge of Freehand and Illustrator preferred
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Team player in a diverse work environment
