Pay Rate: $17.58 per hour (paid weekly)
Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension/conversion based on attendace, performance and business need.

Position Overview
The Specialized Fiduciary Administrator II provides administrative and operational support to the Estate Settlement Account Acceptance Group. This role supports account administration, document management, and client service activities by working within multiple bank systems and assisting officers with routine account-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine account maintenance and updates using internal bank systems and the Account Acceptance Portal.

Retrieve, organize, and manage documents, including optical imaging and file processing, to support account acceptance and review.

Assist with drafting and processing routine correspondence such as letters and emails related to estate and trust administration.

Support officers and team members by preparing reports, conducting research, and navigating multiple systems to aid decision-making.

Participate in assigned projects and collaborate with internal partners to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Working knowledge of estate settlement and trust administration processes preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
