Customer Service Associate Representative
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hour
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 10-7pm EST
    Training Schedule Tues & Wed 9-6pm or possibly 8:30 - 5:30
    Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite. 
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Target Start Date: 10/27/2025

Job Description:
  • Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service.
  • Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding orders and claims/policies.
  • Responds to inquiries from facilities, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
  • Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for processing.
  • Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.
  • Independently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints Issues tend to be routine in nature.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures.
  • Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
