Pay Rate: $20.74/hour

Responsible for supporting derivatives operations through accurate daily margin call execution, money movement processing, and stakeholder servicing.

Role Overview
Responsible for supporting derivatives operations through accurate daily margin call execution, money movement processing, and stakeholder servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Developed understanding of derivative products, associated exchanges, and their operational nuances.
- Ensured accurate and timely execution of daily margin calls.
- Processed margin-related money movements, journal entries, and payments with precision.
- Delivered first-class service to stakeholders, including Agent Banks, Exchanges, and internal Operations teams.
- Prepared and maintained various ad-hoc reports to support business needs and management oversight.
- Background or strong interest in operations, client relationship management, and process improvement (or related fields).
- Open to recent graduates seeking a career in operations.
- Excellent communication skills with peers, stakeholders, and external clients.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment by effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build credibility and maintain strong professional relationships.
