Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Pay Rate: $69.22 – $77.53/hour (W2)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to drive financial systems solutions across a global ERP platform. This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of navigating both functional and technical aspects of ERP systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This individual should be self-motivated, adaptable, and confident, with a proven ability to contribute to a global organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies are essential.

The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of navigating both functional and technical aspects of ERP systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and application administrators to conduct gap analysis, gather business requirements, support development, apply patches, and ensure successful delivery of finance projects
- Adhere to and continuously improve established processes, including SDLC and change management practices
- Collaborate with global IT Finance and IT Supply Chain teams on system support, process improvements, and project delivery
- Perform technical tasks such as system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development
- Act as a business partner representing IT Finance to support successful implementation of financial systems initiatives
- Contribute to effort estimation and project sizing activities
- Support training and enablement of finance users on IT Finance applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) modules, including:
- Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement
- AGIS, Accounts Receivables, iExpense
- Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, OPM Costing
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates
- Working knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing modules (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and deliver solutions effectively
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau (nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Experience in a SOX-controlled environment (preferred)
- Willingness to provide off-hours or on-call support when required
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
