Financial Services Representative (Money Out)
Pay: $19/hr
Location: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite at either:
Anticipated start date: 10/06/2025
Role Overview:
As a Representative, you'll provide prompt, efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers. Consults and interprets contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers and other Enterprise operating units.

Role Overview:
As a Representative, you'll provide prompt, efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers. Consults and interprets contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers and other Enterprise operating units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries from customers, brokers, agents, and government agencies through oral and written communications.
- Assists with and processes financial transactions and contract-related requests in accordance with policy provisions and regulatory guidelines.
- Interprets and explains contract provisions for current and historical products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviews and resolves routine processing errors, escalating complex or exceptional cases as needed.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and applicable regulations to support accurate decision-making and service delivery.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Education: College Degree preferred, high school diploma required.
- Experience: Three years work experience with two years product-related customer service work experience preferred.
- Knowledge: General office practices, customer service, and office equipment. Information systems and insurance/financial services industry practices (i.e. Life Insurance) preferred. Basic mathematics, familiarity with office filing systems and record keeping procedures, and problem-solving techniques.
- Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.. Decision making skills necessary for customer contacts. Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action. Proven ability to operate a CRT and PC.
