Overview:
The Analyst supporting written Client Relations and Senior Investor inquiries plays a critical role in ensuring the Firm’s compliance with regulations governing the handling of Client Complaints. The primary responsibility of this role is to investigate, research, and resolve a high volume of assigned cases, preparing formal written responses to communicate the Firm’s decision to clients.
In addition, the Analyst may support various operational responsibilities within Client Relations, such as settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and handling incoming telephone calls. Other projects and tasks may be assigned as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve Operational Client Complaints in compliance with regulatory standards and Firm policies.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to prepare accurate, formal written responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all investigations, decisions, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Support operational processes, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and other compliance-driven activities.
- Handle incoming telephone calls from clients, addressing concerns professionally and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure consistent quality and tone in written communications to uphold Firm standards and client trust.
- Participate in special projects, audits, and reporting initiatives as assigned.
- Monitor and track case status to meet deadlines and service-level expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Client Relations team.
