Service Desk Technician

Tailored Management Services Inc Melbourne, FL (Onsite) Full-Time

Exciting opportunity to join a multinational company that designs and builds electrical systems and provides services for the aerospace, defence, transportation, and security markets!

Exciting Opportunity – Service Desk Technician
Location: Melbourne, FL (100% Onsite) → relocating to Orlando, FL in early 2026
Pay: $37.14/hr (W2) + Benefits
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
Contract: 1+ Year (potential extension/perm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot & support desktops, laptops, printers, VOIP phones, mobile devices

  • Log & resolve tickets (ServiceNow)

  • Collaborate with IT teams & vendors

  • Maintain IT workspace & follow security standards

  • Provide onsite & remote support; occasional travel required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in IT + 3–5 years exp (or equivalent)

  • Strong Windows & Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)

  • ServiceNow experience (1–2 yrs)

  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, etc.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation & communication skills

Preferred: ITIL, Microsoft certs (MCSE/MCSA/MTA), Linux knowledge
