Pay Rate: $20.66 – $38.33/hr (W2)

This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring teams are positioned to meet key business objectives.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner to support a fast-paced NeuroImmunology team within the Commercial organization. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring teams are positioned to meet key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, shared drives, and communications using Google Suite
- Navigate and support activities across IT systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Partner with the Admin team to plan and coordinate mid- to large-scale internal meetings, including Ocrevus team onsite and offsite events
- Coordinate logistics for meetings with external partners, including preparation, execution, and follow-up
- Lead internal events requiring advanced virtual platforms and technical setups
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions
- Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, and onboarding logistics
- Plan and manage team-building events, workshops, and training sessions
- Manage vendor and speaker engagements, including contracts, invoicing, and payments
- Maintain departmental org charts and support special projects as needed
- Leverage AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and workflows
- Provide coverage for team members during out-of-office periods, which may include expanded responsibilities
Functional Support
- Assist with contracting processes and ensure timely execution of agreements
- Coordinate key meetings and events such as planning workshops, field meetings, and network calls
- Support planning and logistics for team offsites
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or project management (pharma/biotech experience preferred)
- Proven experience supporting senior-level leaders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and quality
- Proficient with Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Trello, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience with MyBuy preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
