Job Title: Technical Program Manager III
Location: Fully Remote (preferred West Coast)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: $115/hr on W2

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will drive the definition, implementation, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.
This role is critical for overseeing high-impact projects—including a major homepage redesign and the development of customized user experiences—requiring collaboration across engineering, product, and web management teams.
An ideal candidate is someone who is a strategic thinker with hands-on program management experience. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Skilled at building consensus and driving results across diverse teams.
Lead the redesign of a high-visibility homepage and shape the user experience for millions. Work with top engineering and product talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Gain exposure to large-scale program management and cross-functional leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
Program Delivery
- Lead programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
- Manage multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
- Develop program-level strategies and interact with executive management.
- Resolve complex issues and build strong, collaborative teams.
- Oversee stakeholder management and ensure alignment across teams.
- Define and manage project scope, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Estimate timelines, develop schedules, and track progress.
- Manage budgets, report status, and handle issues/risks.
- Plan contingencies and communicate across organizational levels.
- Work closely with web managers and engineers to oversee the homepage redesign.
- Ensure deadlines are met and feature requests are addressed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a customized user experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
End-to-End Project Management
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from initial concept through delivery and post-launch support.
- Ability to oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution
- Strong skills in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks.
- Proactive in developing contingency plans and communicating potential issues to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of how Content Management Systems (CMS) function, including workflows, publishing, and user roles.
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approach based on project needs.
Technical Management in Marketing
- Experience as a technical manager within a marketing or digital experience team.
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in rapidly changing settings.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Bchelors degree preferred
