Job Title: Specialist, Sponsorships & Solutions [Contractor]
Function: Brand Partnerships
Location: New York, NY (preferred) or Los Angeles, CA
Timing: 8 month contract with possibility to extend/convert (W2 and Benefits Eligible)
Compensation: $85.00/hr
The Team:
The Sponsorships & Solutions team is tasked with developing and scaling sponsorship opportunities and unlocking new formats/IP-led solutions across the internal ecosystem to bolster Brand Partnership offerings.

The Team:
The Sponsorships & Solutions team is tasked with developing and scaling sponsorship opportunities and unlocking new formats/IP-led solutions across the internal ecosystem to bolster Brand Partnership offerings.
About the Role:
- Work with Ads Legal & Policy to clear company IP for sponsorship opportunities and vet specific brands for approval
- Assist in building materials for sponsorship opportunities
- Distribute regular updates to Sales teams about available sponsorship opportunities
- Support sales throughout the entire sales cycle for sponsorship opportunities
- Create sponsorship packages surrounding key marketing moments (i.e. Halloween, Valentine’s Day, etc.)
- Collaborate with PMM & product teams to develop and unlock new capabilities and solutions to bolster Brand Partnership offerings
- 5+ years of Linear and/or Streaming Ad Sales account management, Agency media planning/buying, Publisher ad sales, and/or sponsorship sales management
- Understanding of the US and Canadian media markets
- Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Legal, and Research teams
- Broad understanding of ad-supported & sponsorship-driven entertainment and sports environments, across linear and streaming distribution
- Experience with packaging sponsorships across SVOD, live, social, digital, and experiential channels
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of “content-driven” sensitivities related to brand association and endorsement
- Ability to partner and support sales teams through the sales cycle process
