High-Volume Call/Service Experience

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to internal clients (branch offices) with in-depth knowledge of ACATS and firm systems.
- Perform quality control on client paperwork received from branch offices to ensure accuracy before forwarding to financial institutions for processing.
- Field incoming calls from contra firms and assist with asset transfer inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with branch offices, financial institutions, and internal operations departments to support smooth account transfers.
- Apply knowledge of Mutual Funds, account transfers, and brokerage processes to resolve client issues effectively.
- Manage a high volume of service-related phone calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear, efficient, and client-focused interactions.
High-Volume Call/Service Experience
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of client calls while delivering professional and efficient service.
- Skilled at learning and retaining large amounts of information, with the ability to quickly reference resources to resolve client inquiries.
- Strong interest in cross-training to handle both service calls and processing tasks, ensuring flexibility and team support.
- Adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting the Account Transfer (ACATS) team, responsible for facilitating and processing asset transfers between contra firms.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Efficient and professional communication, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated customer service etiquette and client-focused approach.
- Ability to escalate issues with urgency and sound judgment.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Reliable team player with a high sense of responsibility.
- Execution-oriented with effective follow-through and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of the financial industry (preferred).
