Position Title: Operation Support-Finance
Location: 1300 Thames Street, Harbor Point Phase I, Baltimore, MD 21230
Work Arrangement: Role starts on-site and then transitions to a hybrid role, 3 days in office*
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Provide operational support to global securities lending and secured funding desks across equity and fixed income markets. The role involves trade processing, reconciliations, exception management, and direct interaction with traders, clients, and global operations teams, offering strong exposure to trading and financial services.

- Processing securities lending and secured funding trades accurately and on time.
- Investigating and resolving trade exceptions with trading desks and support teams.
- Performing reconciliations and resolving trade breaks.
- Addressing failing trades by coordinating with traders and counterparties.
- Handling ad-hoc issues and responding to trading desk and client needs.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
