Warehouse / Inventory Control Associate
Des Plaines, IL
$20/hr (W2 + Weekly Pay + Benefits)
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (±1 hour flexibility)
Contract: 3+ months
Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
- Perform cycle counts and inventory replenishment
- Operate shipping systems (UPS) and warehouse equipment
- Handle returns, discrepancies, and shipping issues
- Use systems like SAP, RF scanners, and warehouse software
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED + 1+ year inventory/warehouse experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); SAP is a plus
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
