Pay: $55-60/hr on w2
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused contractor to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiencies across our team by managing key workflows, supporting reporting, and helping to establish scalable processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is skilled at balancing detail-oriented execution with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Asset Handoffs: Ensure smooth and timely transfer of creative assets between teams, maintaining alignment and clarity on requirements.
Update & Maintain Reporting: Manually update reports and dashboards to keep performance tracking accurate and actionable.
Drive Efficiencies & Automation: Identify gaps in current processes and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability (including automation where possible).
Process Support: Establish and document workflows that enhance collaboration and reduce bottlenecks.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and communications remain clear and consistent.
Skills:
Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
