Job Description:
- Manages creation/setup, reactivation, deactivation, and updating of items in the product portfolio accurately and efficiently.
- Leverages relationships, reporting and tools to drive price changes, manual item management, and fee management.
- Collaborates closely with internal and external partners to close the loop on item-related setups and resolutions, ensuring timeliness.
- Escalates issues as necessary and hold partners accountable to meet time deliverables, ensuring a high level of service and operational effectiveness.
- Works in coordination with category management partners to align on product priorities.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational objectives.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures related to item management.
- Provides regular updates and reports on the status of item management activities to relevant stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing large amounts of items.
- Good time management skills – ability to hit required turnaround times with workflow passed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively.
- Basic proficiency in relevant software and systems for item management.
- Intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS office applications and productivity tools
- Can easily navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience working in a customer service oriented and fast-paced environment (external)
- 2 or more years of experience working in a customer service oriented and fast-paced environment (internal)
