Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM CST
Duration: 5-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to permanent hire)
Pay Rate: $23/hr (W2)

This role supports Supply Chain and Materials Management operations, focusing on goods movement, inventory control, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The position requires flexibility to work across multiple warehouse and production support areas, with opportunities for cross-training and professional development.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler II to join our Production Support team. This role supports Supply Chain and Materials Management operations, focusing on goods movement, inventory control, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The position requires flexibility to work across multiple warehouse and production support areas, with opportunities for cross-training and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock materials and general supplies required for daily production operations
- Perform SAP transactions for material movements with accuracy and compliance to cGMP standards and SOPs
- Prepare and stage materials for production, including cleanliness and documentation tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with peers to ensure stock availability
- Complete required training for area operations, equipment usage, and EHS chemical awareness
- Support continuous improvement by building knowledge of full site inventory and supply processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environments
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
