Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) or Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Pay: Weekly pay on W2 + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Analyst to support product and solution management initiatives. This role involves working closely with product teams, analyzing data, and contributing to roadmap and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer & market research and competitor analysis
- Support product strategy, pricing, and business planning
- Write user stories and document epics
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
- Analyze customer feedback and KPI performance
- Collaborate with Product & Development teams to ensure business needs are met
- Support product roadmap development
Required Skills:
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Experience with user stories & epics
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with QA & usability testing
- Ability to create workflows, flow diagrams, and summaries
- Cost-benefit analysis experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance)
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Experience with UX collaboration and product lifecycle
