Position Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Collaboration and Productivity Platform Administrator to manage, optimize, and support enterprise collaboration tools and productivity platforms. This role will be responsible for the administration, support, and integration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Box, Zoom, and other enterprise collaboration technologies, including integrated AI tools and features. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, scalable, and efficient operations while supporting user experience, compliance, and cross-platform connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Box, Zoom, and others.
- Enforce organizational standards for workspace roles, provisioning protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with security and privacy teams for third-party app reviews and risk assessments.
- Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Lead employee collaboration experiences and ensure global users have access to reliable and efficient technology solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for collaboration tools, ensuring high user satisfaction.
- Track assigned department ticket queues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Track project status, provide reporting, and communicate updates to leadership and internal customers.
- Evaluate new tools and features for deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track usage metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and develop business cases for tool adoption or retirement.
- Create and maintain technical standards, training materials, and documentation of configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support governance initiatives and ensure alignment with internal standards.
Required Skills:
- Skilled M365 administrator.
- Skilled in Google Workspace administration.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar).
- Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration, including productivity tools.
- Experience with Slack, Box, Zoom, and other third-party collaboration tools.
- General knowledge of Enterprise Application and SSO configuration in Azure.
- MS Power Platform administration.
- Familiar with PowerShell, integrations, APIs, and automation.
- Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a global business environment.
- Ability to translate technical terms into clear, user-friendly language.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Schedule flexibility to collaborate with partners across global time zones.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems or Technology.
- Certification in systems administration or M365 tools (preferred).
