Pay Rate: $52.85/hr on W2

Job Description:
  • Client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Executive Business Partner to support 2–3 Directors within Fraud & Safety Operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling leaders and teams to operate effectively, collaborate across regions, and deliver meaningful impact.
  • This position goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Business Partner serves as a trusted partner, operational anchor, and culture carrier for a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.
  • The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in high-performance environments. They operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment, anticipate needs before they arise, and build systems that help leaders and teams execute efficiently. They are a proactive operator who enjoys building structure in complex environments and takes pride in helping leaders and teams perform at their best.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to 2–3 Directors, ensuring leaders remain focused on the highest-impact priorities through proactive calendar management, planning, and operational support.
  • Own leadership operations end-to-end, including complex scheduling across global time zones, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense management, and special projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, anticipating needs, preparing leaders for key engagements, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive strong team operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, agendas, action tracking, and follow-through.
  • Maintain the operational infrastructure that keeps the team running smoothly, including shared documentation, reporting tools, calendars, and organizational resources.
  • Lead the planning and execution of team offsites, leadership summits, and events, managing logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Foster team connection and engagement across a distributed organization through milestone tracking, recognition, and thoughtful team experiences.
  • Partner closely with Executive Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders across Fraud & Safety Operations and Global Operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
 
Skills / Requirements
What You Bring
  • 8–10 years of experience supporting Director-level or senior leaders in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting leaders in global or distributed organizations
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with both speed and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong presentation and design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment and follow-through
