Job Title: Shipping Specialist
Location: 101 Park Dr, Montgomeryville, PA 18936
Pay Rate: $22/hour (Weekly pay on W2 + Medical, Vision & Dental)
Contract: 3-month assignment (Possible extension / permanent hire, not guaranteed)
Training: 2 weeks (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Shift: 1st Shift | Mon – Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
OT: Must be flexible (early starts / late finishes)
Interview: In-person required
Responsibilities
- Prepare & pack orders using pick lists
- Print labels, wrap/strap pallets & cartons
- Coordinate with Customer Service on shipments
- Handle secure/common carrier transactions
- Restack/repackage pallets as needed
- Load & unload trucks
- Provide backup support for Receiving / Inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2–3 years shipping experience
- Strong attention to detail & multitasking
- Basic math / counting skills (cycle counting preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Oracle preferred)
- Forklift experience/license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 60 lbs
- Constant standing/walking
- Safety shoes required
- Fast-paced environment
