Pay Rate: $21.34/hr

Department Overview:
The Operations division is one of the largest, responsible for settling and recording millions of transactions daily, mitigating operational risks, building client relationships, and partnering with technology to maximize efficiency. The department continually seeks process improvements while supporting new business initiatives.
Position Background:
The Cross-Asset Trade Support (TSG) team specializes in CDS, Interest Rates, and FX derivative transactions. The team manages novations, IRD bookings, proxy yield rate setting, intra-day credit broker check-outs, and rate reset notices for municipal clients. They also oversee lifecycle management of corporate debt and structured notes. Analysts interact with both internal stakeholders (front office, risk management, sales, trading) and external clients. Accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements are critical.

Responsibilities:
- Process Credit, Rates, and FX novation
- Manage long-term debt and structured notes lifecycle events
- Daily reconciliation of positions and products
- Dispatch and reconcile rate reset notices
- Review daily reports to resolve breaks and amend trades
- Book or instruct the booking of Interest Rate Derivatives
- Manage settlements and control processes
- Support business process improvements including trade flow automation, capacity enhancements, and new initiatives
- Prepare metrics and reporting for senior management
- Collaborate with trading desks, COO teams, sales, and operations groups to ensure accurate trade processing
- Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues as needed
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple operational areas
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven
- Risk-aware, proactive, and responsive
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Comfortable working in time-sensitive environments
