Location: Hybrid out of downtown Columbus office
Pay: $30.27/hr
Schedule: Regular business hours

About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, supporting key functional areas such as Legal, Technology, and Marketing.
What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership-level positions, with a focus on specialized and hard-to-fill roles.

Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR business partners to understand business needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, emphasizing diversity and inclusion in every search.

Serve as a consultative resource, providing insights on labor market trends, candidate availability, and best practices.

Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Leverage ATS and modern recruiting tools to source, engage, and track candidates efficiently.

Represent our client at professional organizations, career events, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.

Contribute to special projects, including workforce planning initiatives, process improvements, and talent strategy development.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a corporate environment with exposure to multiple functional areas.

Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles in areas such as Legal, Technology, and Marketing.

Consultative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
