Job Title: Financial & Revenue Data Analyst
Location: Onsite, 1910 East Innovation Park Drive Tucson, AZ
Duration: 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion
Shift: Standard Business Hours
Pay Rate: $40/hour to $55/hour depending on experience

Job Summary:
As a Financial & Revenue Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy and improve performance. This role offers a unique blend of analytics, financial oversight, and process optimization, giving you the opportunity to influence both operational efficiency and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to build intuitive dashboards, identify cost-saving opportunities, and streamline revenue and contract management through smart automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build advanced financial models and analytics to guide key business decisions.
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools to unlock the full potential of financial data.
• Analyze current financial performance to spot trends, uncover risks, and identify opportunities.
• Ensure financial and departmental systems remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.
• Lead the creation and implementation of dynamic contract management tools, including performance dashboards and analytics reports.
• Integrate revenue, contract, and budget planning processes to support seamless operations.
• Recommend and implement improvements to data sources and reporting tools for greater efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, track, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Support the rollout of new or enhanced reporting capabilities, including creating training resources for end users.
• Provide contract term insights to assist with tracking, invoicing, and forecasting accuracy.
• Contribute to additional projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data and financial analytics, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or other complex business environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in methodologies, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent data management skills with a sharp eye for identifying inefficiencies and gaps.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams.
