Job Title: Production Associate – Night Shift
Location: Townsend, MA
Pay: $20/hr (Weekly Pay + Medical, Vision & Dental)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM – 7 AM)
Training may be on 1st shift
Job Duties:
- Operate and help set up printing machines
- Load paper and materials into the machine
- Check print quality and make small adjustments
- Follow job instructions and meet production targets
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Fix small issues or report problems to supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Some manufacturing, warehouse, or machine experience preferred
- Basic reading and math skills
- Able to work night shift
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Printing or machine operator experience
- High School Diploma or GED
