Job Title: Print Production Associate
Location: 16001 N DALLAS PKWY Addison, TX 75001
Pay Rate: $18.31 on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: 2nd shift: 2PM - 10PM local time from Monday to Friday Must work minimum of 24 hours up to 40 depending on production need.
Start Date: February 9, 2026 (Onsite)
Contract Length: 2-months (2/9/26 - 4/30/26)
Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Print Production Associate to join our statement processing team. This role involves operating high-speed and low-speed equipment in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, and team-oriented, with strong work habits, physical stamina, and the ability to make sound decisions while meeting production goals under the supervision of shift leaders.
Responsibilities
Operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level while meeting production and quality standards under supervision.
Perform machine set-up and inspect parts with precision prior to production.
Stand for extended periods and push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Conduct routine quality inspections of printed and inserted materials for accuracy and integrity.
Complete paperwork and daily tasks in compliance with policies, procedures, safety regulations, and 5S principles.
Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, vendor representatives, and other departments to foster teamwork.
Cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment and reconcilement functions as needed.
Demonstrate operational proficiency on insertion and printing equipment while maintaining production and quality standards.
Exhibit knowledge and awareness of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Accurately complete machine logs, load jobs, and understand workflow processes and interdepartmental dependencies.
Demonstrate punctuality, strong work ethic, and flexibility in scheduling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic competence level to process customer statements and communications on high-speed printers and rendering equipment for US Government Client mailing.
Experience working in a production environment.
Ability to stand for 8 hours continuously.
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift.
Strong teamwork skills and orderly work habits.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to complete basic production data forms.
Ability to read, understand, and comply with English-language production documents and verbal instructions.
Basic numeric keyboard and PC skills.
Quick learner with strong listening and comprehension skills.
Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and embrace continuous process improvement.
Aptitude to interpret data and take appropriate action.
Effective communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
1+ year of production-related experience.
Previous experience operating insertion and/or
print equipment.
