Duration: 6 Months possibility of extension
Pay: $25-31/hr
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled People Operations Analyst to support our Global People Operations team. Reporting to the Global Scaled Operations Lead, you will serve as a Workday subject-matter expert with a focus on data hygiene, reporting, and scalable solutions for mass data changes. You will partner with colleagues across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure accurate data, seamless processes, and operational excellence.
You will:
Execute and validate mass changes using EIBs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data changes.
Maintain custom Workday reports and create scheduled reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries; respond to global employee queries and data requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday, end-to-end business process execution and transaction flows. Leverage deep understanding of Workday's architecture and transaction lifecycle to optimize business process efficiency and maintain data integrity across the platform.
Identify trends and conduct analyses to propose and implement scalable, systematic solutions to People data and process challenges.
Train and upskill team members on reporting and mass loads.
Proactively document, maintain, and organize operational processes.
Collaborate with global People Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and end-to-end- business process transactions. Advanced report writing (i.e. Calculated Field) is not required but is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles with a focus on process execution and optimization.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack or other collaboration technologies
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume activities and aggressive timelines.
- Exceptional ethics when handling confidential and sensitive information.
